The rubber surface of the PVC conveyor belt is made of polyvinyl chloride, and its composition is composed of polyester fiber cloth and polyvinyl chloride rubber. Its working temperature is generally -10° to +80°, and its joint method is generally international toothed joint, with good lateral stability and suitable for transmission in various complex environments.
The PVC conveyor belt body has good elasticity and is not easy to deform. High-strength and high-quality cotton, nylon, and polyester canvas are used as the core, and pure natural rubber is used as a non-polluting compounding agent to make white or light-colored, non-polluting, and does not affect the food hygiene and odor covering layer. PVC conveyor belt product formula design is reasonable, in line with hygiene indicators, moderate color, lightweight and durable. PVC conveyor belts are suitable for the food industry or the food sector to transport bulk, bulk, packed food or food in boxes to a large particle size of 400, and the conveying capacity can range from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.
PVC is actually a kind of vinyl polymer, and its material is an amorphous material. Stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, pigments, impact inhibitors and other additives are often added to PVC materials in actual use. It has non-flammable, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
