Most people know Te flon as the coating that is used in non-stick cookware, where it allows food to sear without getting stuck to the pan. However, this is certainly not the only application of this brand of PTFE. Te flon is also used in industries that work with a conveyor belt. The Te flon coating on the conveyor belt prevents products getting stuck.
This has numerous advantages. First of all, if products do not get stuck on the conveyor belt, they can be transported evenly and swiftly, which enhances the production process. Baking:
TRX PTFE belts are the smart solution for a wide variety of baking processes. Flour-based products can be conveyed safely and efficiently through ovens at temperatures up to +260 °C.

Cryogenic freezing:

Applications:
PTFE mesh conveyor belt is made of PTFE fiberglass mesh in different mesh holes like 1x1mm, 2x2.5mm, 4x4mm, 8x8mm, 10x10mm. Mesh hole allows airflow to pass through and expedite moisture removal in the drying ovens. MUTIFLON customize various joint and edge treatment according to customer's requests, seamless mesh belt is also possible in MUTIFLON for some special machines.
