General purpose silicone belts feature a silicone with a super-adhesive surface and regular abrasion resistance and durability.
Wear-resistant silicone belts use a high-grade silicone rubber. Thus it offers excellent surface quality. Good wear resistance and durability are combined with temperature resistance up to 180 °C / 356 °F
Our silicone conveyor belts consist of a rubber coating and two layers of polyester. The advantages of silicone are obvious. It is resistant to many chemicals, greases and oils. A further big advantage of silicone is its exceptional anti-adhesive effect.
This silicon conveyor belt is made from China-national silica gel, and is specially used on our zip lock bag making machine as feeding belt.
